Good day, The PDIT 07 result was published this morning but without the split time at this moment.
This was my best race time with 2.56:41 finishing 68, ahead of 19 ppl in my category. Now I got the clue as to how to avoid cramp in triathlon race for me - drink Oral Rehidrated Salt pre-race to boost up the sodium level in my blood.
My swmming split time was terrible as I finished arnd 25min ++ with few of my Chin Woo Triathletes frens ahead of me. However, I still a happy man the end of race day. I think this mainly bcos my new bike which help me to have a comfortable ride b4 the run.
